Borchers: A Milliken Brand (Westlake, Ohio, USA) recently welcomed Brenntag (Reding, Pennsylvania, USA) as the exclusive U.S. distributor for its coating additives. Brenntag, which currently distributes Borchers brand products in Europe, will begin overseeing its U.S. distribution on January 1, 2025. As part of the global diversified manufacturer Milliken & Company, the Borchers brand offers market-leading catalysts, wetting, and dispersing agents, rheology modifiers, defoamers, and more.

All new orders will be fulfilled by Brenntag beginning January 1. This partnership announcement does not impact existing Borchers product orders for U.S. customers shipping before January 1. There are no significant impacts expected during the Brenntag ramp-up period.
