Induron Protective Coatings (Birmingham, Alabama, USA), a leading manufacturer of high-performance protective coatings, recently announced the expansion of its team with three strategic hires. 

Desiree Eason is joining the company as its new technical support chemist; Derek Arrington is stepping in as sales and service manager for the Florida area; and Mike Watson is taking on the role of infrastructure business development manager.

Arrington joins Induron with a passion for the coatings market and customer service. In his new role, Arrington is tasked with leading efforts to expand the company’s market presence; build strong customer relationships; and deliver exceptional service. His leadership and business insights will be key in achieving growth objectives in the region, according to the company.

Mike Watson, Infrastructure Business Development Manager

Watson brings a strategic vision and deep industry experience to his new role. In that capacity, he will focus on developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth in the infrastructure sector. 

His expertise in identifying new market opportunities and building long-term partnerships will be crucial in advancing Induron’s mission to protect and preserve valuable infrastructure assets, the company explains.
