Stephen M. Ricci, PhD, is the CEO and co-founder of 10X Engineered Materials. Based in Wabash, Indiana, USA, 10X is a clean-tech science and engineering-based manufacturing company that specializes in the development of innovative material technologies and products.
Many years ago, when superoxalloy abrasive technology was just an idea, Ricci participated in the first conversations about its development. From there, he developed the first prototypes in his garage; recruited a venture capital firm and other investment partners; and helped grow the company to where it is today — selling abrasives to more than 1,000 customers across the United States and internationally.
