3t Energy Group (Bournemouth, United Kingdom), a global training powerhouse specializing in high-impact learning for energy and safety-critical sectors, has announced the appointment of Dominic Zanre to a brand-new role.
As senior solutions manager, Zanre joins 3t with a focus on the group’s innovative blended learning solutions. This appointment follows the recent success of an award-winning major asset onboarding and induction project, which was completed in collaboration with BP, according to the company.
An experienced manager with 24 years in the energy industry, Zanre’s appointment represents a significant milestone for 3t, as it bolsters its capabilities to take on further complex and highly technical training and induction programs for major asset projects.
According to the company, 3t utilizes the latest virtual reality, digital twin, and simulation technology through its digital arm expertise, 3t Transform. This is combined with tailored training programs from the group’s market-leading training business, AIS Survivex, to create high-impact blended learning solutions for clients around the world.
Previously working in senior roles within Wood, GE, Baker Hughes, and Avail Infrastructure Solutions, Zanre’s move to 3t reinforces the group’s existing track record in offering highly technical workforce induction and asset commissioning projects.
According to the company, the investment in this newly created role follows a recent award win for the creation of its operations and maintenance technician induction training program for BP’s Greater Tortue Ahmeyim project in Mauritania and Senegal. On that project, AIS Survivex was recognized with the Digital Innovation Award at the 2023 Offshore Achievement Awards in Aberdeen, United Kingdom.
