Troast was hired as director of business development.

Troast is a business development professional with more than 20 years of experience in business development, project management, and operations. He brings extensive knowledge and experience with contracts, leases, zoning, and approvals, whereby he has structured and negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts on many projects.
