Atlas Evaluation & Inspection Services Hires New Project Manager

Photo courtesy of AEIS.Atlas Evaluation & Inspection Services (AEIS) (South Plainfield, New Jersey, USA), which provides inspection, testing, certification, failure analysis, engineering, and material research services for infrastructure projects with an emphasis on welding metallurgy and nondestructive testing, announced that Terence “Terry” Hampton, EIT, was hired as a project manager.

Hampton is a civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in construction, with more than a decade in inspection, managing teams of field inspectors, reviewing and finalizing inspection reports, and organizing and implementing new reporting strategies.

A longtime consultant to Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Terry has worked on projects including Port Authority Trans Hudson (PATH), Port Authority of New York, and New Jersey’s Newark Terminal A Redevelopment and Goethals Bridge Replacement. Among his other important infrastructure projects are Metropolitan Transit Authority’s 86th Street Subway Station, the Massapequa Park Viaduct, and the NJ Turnpike and Rondout-West Branch Tunnel improvements.

Previously, he worked as an inspector at civil engineering and environmental firms.
