Corrosion control association NACE International is asking readers to show off their artistic skills by creating a hardhat sticker to commemorate NACE's 75th anniversary.
The winning design will be printed on stickers that will be distributed for free at NACE conferences throughout 2018. The first-place winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card, while two runners up will each receive $50 Amazon gift cards.
This contest is open to people of all ages, including non-NACE members. Submissions can use any media (including crayons, colored pencils, or computer software) to create the design. Entries can be submitted by emailing a photo, scanned image, or digital file to 75@nace.org.
Designs should fit into a space no larger than 5 in by 5 in (12.7 cm by 12.7 cm). The winning entry will be digitized and optimized for printing by NACE’s creative services team.
Potential submitters are asked incorporate the NACE 75th Anniversary logo (PNG, EPS) and “1943-2018” within the design. All other design elements must be original artwork.
The deadline for submissions is Jan. 4, 2018. Three designs will be selected and posted on social media for a public vote from Jan. 8 through Jan. 15, and the winner will be announced on Jan. 18.
