“In our quest to continue to take EN Engineering to the next level and continue to grow the business, while still maintaining our strong culture, we recognize the need to expand the depth and experience of the management team,” says Tom Ziegenfuss, president of EN Engineering.

“Leveraging his incredible experience at Wood Group Mustang, Steve brings the leadership skills, strategic thinking, and guidance necessary to realize the growth potential of our business,” Ziegenfuss adds. “On behalf of the management team, we couldn't be more confident that Steve is an outstanding fit for this company.”

“It is a privilege to join a company like EN Engineering with a rich history and deep appreciation for delivering great services to customers while creating compelling opportunities for employees,” Knowles says. “I am excited to lead this company into its next chapter.

“The markets we operate in today offer our company a great deal of growth potential and looking forward, there are adjacent markets and geographies we can tap into for opportunity,” Knowles adds. “Working with Tom and the management team, I know we can achieve success.”

Knowles began his career as an offshore construction engineer with Chevron U.S.A. (San Ramon, California).
