Jason Industries (Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA), a diversified corporation with Osborn and Milsco business units, announced the planned acquisition of The Matchless Metal Polish Company (Chicago, Illinois, USA).
According to the company, the acquisition will offer customers access to a global leader with a single portfolio of solutions for surface preparation, cutting, cleaning, and finishing — all supported by technical expertise, delivery, and quality. Matchless will be incorporated into Osborn, which is the group’s primary business unit serving the Industrial market.
Founded in 1885, Matchless provides a full line of metal finishing products and services including buffing compounds, buffing wheels, abrasives, and chemicals. With its 135-year history, Matchless is recognized by both customers and competitors alike for quality and dependability.
