High-Temperature Coatings, Corrosion Experts Unite Virtually for FireCORR 2021

Attendees can explore the latest trends in passive fire protection (PFP) and corrosion from experts at the brand-new FireCORR 2021 Virtual Conference. This two-day virtual conference, presented by the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP, formerly NACE International and SSPC) and the Polish Corrosion Society (Polski Stowarzyszenie Korozyjne), unites industry leaders and professionals from around the world to share best practice strategies, market insights, and the latest proven solutions to tackle fire and corrosion issues.

According to event organizers, many industries face unique challenges surrounding the corrosion protection of assets in extremely hot environments, including jet engines, chemical plants, and oil refineries. To address these needs, industry experts will share information on materials selection, case studies, and best practices in the field of high-temperature coatings.

The event will feature 20 technical presentations on PFP, corrosion under insulation, intumescent paint performance, and other topics. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend interactive question-and-answer sessions throughout each day.

Registration to FireCORR 2021, which debuts from Nov. 16-17, 2021, includes access to all technical presentations. The virtual platform, for digital access to all recorded presentations, is available for 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.
