RBH Announces Acquisition, Name Change for Dunwood Polymers

Photo courtesy of RBH.Richard Baker Harrison Ltd (RBH) (Manchester, England), a leading supplier of specialty functional materials, additives, and chemicals, announced the acquisition of privately owned Dunwood Polymers (Manchester, England). According to RBH, the acquired company will henceforth be known as Dunwood Specialties Limited (DSL).

As a new independent company, DSL will complement RBH’s product offerings by specializing in the distribution of water-based polymer dispersions and high-quality performance materials for the adhesive/sealant, construction, coatings, ad agricultural industries. Along with helping to create stronger links to these industries, DSL will also align with RBH’s vision to overcome challenges in the production of complex formulations.

As one of the key members of the Dunwood management team, company owner Peter Stanton will remain with the business, underlining the commitment of both organizations to create added value for customers and stakeholders.
