SSPC is now accepting abstract submissions for the Technical Program and StudentPoster sessions at the Coatings+ 2021. Through this principal event with thousands of colleagues, subject-matter experts can help advance the industrial coatings community by presenting cutting-edge research, as well as new and improved technologies or processes.
Program topics for technical papers and student posters include, but are not limited to:

Deadline to submit an abstract: April 6, 2021
Draft Paper Due: July 13, 2021
Final Paper/Revisions Due: October 12, 2021
PowerPoint Presentation Due: November 9, 2021
Student Poster Session
Deadline to submit an abstract: October 8, 2021
Poster PDF/Powerpoint Due: November 23, 2021
Poster abstracts should be submitted to papers@sspc.org.
After reviewing Speaker Guidelines and Expectations, interested participants can submit via the Pheedloop portal. Paper abstracts from SMEs, their draft papers, PowerPoint presentations, final paper, and speaker profile(s) will be housed here. Interested parties can visit the submission site to get started, where they will be directed to create a new submission for the 2021 Technical Program.
Once an abstract is submitted, the submitter will receive a confirmation e-mail directly from Pheedloop with an individual portal link. Each person is asked to bookmark this link, since it can be used to access the submission(s) and profile throughout the year. Clicking “Edit Application Here” will take users directly to the speaker profile.
Users are asked to white list no-reply@pheedloop.com, as all communication will be sent out via email.

Coatings+ is comprised of protective, marine, and industrial coatings programming with Technical Sessions and Workshops focusing on surface preparation, application, coating formulation, testing, inspection, and green coatings solutions. Training and certification programs are offered in conjunction with the event. Other activities include meetings of SSPC standards committees, as well as networking opportunities with a 100,000 square foot (9,290.3 m2) trade show featuring 150+ exhibitors.
This year's event is scheduled to be held from Dec. 13-16, 2021, at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
