Coatings industry equipment supplier Elcometer (Manchester, United Kingdom) announced the acquisition of Sagola SA (Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain), a leading manufacturer and supplier of paint spray equipment to the automotive and industrial refinishing sectors.

The addition comes three years after the successful launch of Elcometer's abrasive blast equipment division.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
