MONTI - Werkzeuge GmbH (Monti) (Hennef, Germany) announced that its North American subsidiary, MontiPower Americas Inc., has entered into a joint venture agreement with Tecnofink LTDA (Belo Horizonte, Brazil) to market and sell Monti products in Brazil.
Dubbed MontiPower Brasil, the new venture will enable Monti and Tecnofink—Monti’s long-time distributor in Brazil—to market the entire range of Monti surface preparation product and services under the Monti brand. Dirk Pohlmann of Tecnofink will move to MontiPower Brasil, based in Macae, to take the role of general manager of the new venture.
