Elcometer Ltd. (Manchester, United Kingdom) recently announced that it had acquired Sagola SA (Vitoria Gasteiz, Spain), a leading paint spray equipment manufacturer and supplier to the automotive and industrial refinishing sectors.
Elcometer is a world leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of inspection equipment that serves the coatings, concrete, and metal detection industries. Its acquisition of Sagola SA comes three years after the successful launch of its abrasive blast equipment division.
