DENSO Group Germany (Leverkusen, Germany) is growing its Latin American business by hiring Ana Cervantes as technical sales manager. The company's products are designed to reliably protect road construction, buildings, pipelines, and station construction on a long-term basis.
Cervantes brings over 25 years of extensive consulting and sales experience in the pipeline business to the role. She is now responsible for all client business in the area.
According to the sealing technology and corrosion prevention company, the pipeline markets in South America, the Middle East, and Africa are all in highly dynamic development. Last month, DENSO says it hired two industry experts as sales managers.
With this additional position, the company is targeting growing Latin American markets, with Cervantes seeking to add new customers and strengthen existing relationships with her comprehensive technical advice. She is based in California, USA.
“With her focus on Latin America and her proven expertise, she is the ideal person for the job,” says Max Wedekind, managing director.
Cervantes is head of the Mexican delegation of the ISO subcommittee for pipeline systems, where she is in charge of standardization and its implementation in the field of corrosion protection.
Before joining DENSO, Cervantes was a technical consultant and sales director for the Latin American region at Polyguard, Seal for Life, and Berry Plastics.
