Axalta (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA) will make its Audurra line ofrefinish accessories available in select European countries, thereby providing a range of materials and tools for the passenger car and commercial vehicle industries.
Starting in January 2019, Audurra offerings can be purchased in Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, and Switzerland, with additional countries to follow in the near to distant future. Audurra’s range of products includes abrasives, masking tapes, films, nitrile gloves, degreasing wipes, polishing cloths, mixing cups, stirring sticks, and paint stands.
Adrien Schrobiltgen, Axalta's vice president for refinish systems, Europe, Middle East and Africa, extolled the virtues of the Audurra line. “With Audurra the consolidation of the paint and non-paint requirements means a one-stop shop for bodyshops, which is easier and more convenient,” says Schrobiltgen. “Refinishers can trust that the quality and innovation they already associate with Axalta is reflected in Audurra as its products have been extensively tested in Axalta Training Centres across the region.”
Axalta first launched its Audurra line in 2015 as a dry sanding paper series for the automatable repair industry. Since that time, Audurra has expanded its range to include a variety of accessory products for optimizing performance and improving the standard of the refinish process.
