Water and wastewater rehabilitation and protection company Epoxytec (Hollywood, Florida, USA) announced that its two-component CPP Sprayable line will now be known as CPP Sprayliner.

Just like the original product, the CPP Sprayliner is designed for water/wastewater rehabilitation; provides structural-grade epoxy protection; is ultra-high build, at 100 mils (2,540 μm) and higher; is chemical resistant and moisture tolerant; has a rapid cure time and return to service; is 100% solid with no volatile organic compounds; offers an indefinite recoat window; and is proven through available case studies.

Designed to line aggressive, enclosed, immersive, and partially opened environments, the product performs in areas subject to chemical attack and as a sealer to prevent oxidation, all while holding back water migration and hydrostatic pressure. Blended with reinforcing agents and various fibers, the product when cured creates reinforcement lining as a fiber-reinforced polymer, with high strength and flexural properties for partially or fully deteriorated structures.

Potential applications include both concrete repair and protection, as well as industrial and treatment structures such as tanks, pipes, stations, manholes, and more.
